SkyWalk for people with DisabilitiesSkyWalk, one of Auckland’s top tourist attractions, has created equipment that allows participants who are physically challenged to enjoy the SkyWalk (and the SkyJump!)

SkyWalk can be undertaken in a special harness; and with the assistance of your guide, you simply 'glide' around the SkyWalk, using the overhead safety system. You are lifted in a fabric chair designed for paraponting and are moved around the tower by your SkyWalk guide, friend or family member.
Not everyone is able to participate. Please contact us at SkyWalk Head Quarters to discuss your requirements and we will be able to assess if it is right for you. If you are able to participate in SkyWalk, you may be asked to provide a medical certificate.
Other SkyWalk Restrictions
SkyWalk has a weight limit of 100kgs and you must have no external dependence (eg: breathing machines, etc).
To complete the SkyWalk, one of Auckland’s best activities, you will need to be able to wear overalls and a harness. If you do not have full use of your upper body you may be required to have a friend or family member accompany you for assistance.
